Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from CUIstandard.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access this site or complete a purchase.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and NextGenRails™ regarding your use of this site and any products purchased through it.

Products and Delivery

CUIstandard.com offers digital document products delivered electronically. Upon confirmed payment, you will receive a secure access token granting download access to the purchased materials.

Download links are delivered via a secure token system. Tokens are single-use and time-limited. If you experience a delivery failure, contact ngr.admin@proton.me with your payment confirmation within 48 hours of purchase.

Payment and Pricing

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). All sales are final at the time of confirmed payment.

NextGenRails™ reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the products offered, no refunds will be issued after purchase and delivery of download access. This policy applies regardless of whether the downloaded materials were opened or used.

If you experience a technical failure in delivery that prevents access to your purchased materials, contact ngr.admin@proton.me within 48 hours of purchase for resolution.

NextGenRails™ makes no representation that use of these materials will result in certification, audit passage, or regulatory compliance. You are solely responsible for your organization's compliance posture. Consult qualified legal counsel for compliance determinations specific to your situation.

License and Permitted Use

Upon purchase, NextGenRails™ grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials for your organization's internal compliance preparation purposes.

• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly distribute the materials
• You may not reproduce the materials for commercial purposes
• You may not remove or alter any branding, copyright notices, or attribution
• Internal use across your organization is permitted under a single purchase

Intellectual Property

All content, documents, frameworks, protocols, and materials available through CUIstandard.com are the proprietary intellectual property of NextGenRails™. All rights are reserved.

The NextGenRails™ name, mark, and associated infrastructure architecture are covered under a U.S. Provisional Patent Application filed with the USPTO in April 2026. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of these materials is prohibited.

Disclaimer of Warranties

All products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. NextGenRails™ makes no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or regulatory sufficiency of any materials provided.

Regulatory requirements change. NextGenRails™ does not guarantee that materials reflect the most current version of any applicable regulation or guidance document at the time of your purchase or use.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NextGenRails™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use any purchased materials, including but not limited to:

• Failed audits or certifications
• Regulatory penalties or enforcement actions
• Loss of contracts or business opportunities
• Data loss or security incidents

In no event shall NextGenRails™'s total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these terms or your purchase shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation by contacting ngr.admin@proton.me. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Delaware.

Privacy and Data Handling

CUIstandard.com processes payment information through Stripe. NextGenRails™ does not store payment card data. Purchase confirmation and token delivery are handled through automated systems.

No uploaded or submitted data is retained by NextGenRails™. Contact information provided for support purposes is used solely to resolve your inquiry and is not shared with third parties.

Modifications to Terms

NextGenRails™ reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site following any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
